Head Chef Jason Wass (shortlisted for Chef of the year 2007 MFDF) trained in top Manchester eateries and serves up gutsy fresh food whilst using prime local ingredients with added flavours of the Med and beyond. The menu changes frequently making the most of seasonal ingredients.
