Wagamama Spinningfields Restaurant

The Wagamama Story - In Japanese, the Wagamama name means ‘naughty child’, or ‘one who is wilful and determined’. A good example of that determination is the art of ‘kaizen’, meaning ‘good change’. This philosophy sits right at the heart of Wagamama helping to shape every dish created.

Practicing kaizen since 1992, from when the first restaurant opened its doors in London’s Bloomsbury. Wagamama quickly burst into life creating a unique way of eating Asian cuisine. That was over 20 years ago and given two whole decades to sharpen skills and refine recipes.

Try a little ginger to warm you up, chilli’s that kick, and noodles to nourish the body and soul. The Japanese inspired menu has been created to soothe, nourish, sustain and inspire. Choose from all kinds of rice and noodle dishes, alongside fresh salads and shareable sides. There is also a great selection of desserts, fresh juices, hot drinks, wine, sake and expertly crafted Asian beers.

In the name of kaizen, their standards are high. The ingredients are cooked fresh, served fresh. The colours and aromas, flavours and spices are always at their best when they touch your table

Whether it's a delicious ramen you fancy slurping or the Wagamama world famous Chicken Katsu, experience casual dining at its finest.

Located on Hardman Street Wagamama Spinningfields is just a 3 minute walk to the Opera House and a 10 minute walk from the Manchester Arena, creating the perfect location for pre theatre & concert dining.
