New
Emperor Chinese Restaurant Manchester - reader comments
"Food
- some of it was ok, some not. Shabby inside, plates
and cutlery looked well worn. Slow service
when not even that busy. £1.50 for soda water!?! Final bill
was £80 for 2 adults and 1child - not worth it!"

"Been
here a few times now and staff have always been helpful & friendly,
which in another review it said they were unfriendly? The food is
of good quality, a little more expensive
than some of the others, but yes the ladies toilets
are pretty bad."

"This
restarant wasn't very good for service or presentation
for the price we paid. The toilets put you off your food
and the ladies were locked, so the women had to use the disabled.
The bins were overflowing, no toilet roll and they smelt plus there
was no water to wash your hands. How disgusting."

"Food
was OK. Just OK. We had the banquet. Waitresses were
unhappy and just seemed to throw the dishes down on the table
with no explanation as to what was what. Some unusual looking Dim
Sums on the plate we could have done with knowing what was in them.
We had a vegetarian amongst us so knowing what was what was paramount
but they weren't very helpful when we tried to ask.
No free prawn crackers, or even asked if we would like some. The toilets
were disgusting! Old fashioned and not very well kept at
all. Litter on the floors. Full to bursting sanitary bins. In
need of a lot of simple maintenance work. So goodness knows
what the kitchens were like! I dread to think! Even though the food
was OK I won't be going back."
