Bar & Grill.

Bar & Grill Restaurant at Park Inn keep the food really

Signature
dishes include rib eye steak, free range chicken and grilled
tiger prawns, seven different varieties of gourmet burgers
and a selection of light bites, soups, salads and sides as
well as some local favourite dishes.
The
menu is designed to be both easy and engaging, offering a range
from straight forward healthy to hearty dishes that are locally
sourced.
Heading
up the kitchen at Park Inn by Radisson Manchester's RBG Bar
& Grill Restaurant is local lad, Executive Chef Andrew Green,
recruited from the Radisson SAS at Manchester Airport.
Andrew
has worked in Manchester for more than seven years, where, amongst
others, he trained under the watchful eyes of David Gale and
Ian Matfin at the Alias Rossetti and Michael Caines at ABode
restaurants.
Along
with the restaurant, the hotel’s outside terrace has been
a big hit with guests and the locals. Seating 60 it’s
a great place to hang out and enjoy the summer sunshine!
