"The food at Azzurro was of poor standard. The pasta undercooked, the pollo (chicken) far too salty. When we approached this with the manager, he informed us the quality of the food was due to our fault for arriving a little late - a lame excuse and therefore jeapordising the reputation of his restaurant by serving substandard food.
