There are a handful of restaurants near The Lowry, a combined theatre and gallery dedicated to L.S. Lowry in Salford Quays, just a ten minute drive or tram ride outside of Manchester city centre.
Both Media City and The Lowry Shopping Outlet sit alongside The Lowry Theatre and offer a collection of restaurants and bars, whilst a footbridge takes you to the Imperial War Museum North and more places to eat around Old Trafford football stadium.
Dedicated Metrolink trams run directly from Manchester to MediaCityUK, the same stop for The Lowry, or alternatively get off at Harbour City on the Eccles Line, a short walk over the footbridge to the Lowry and the restaurants.
